Orders

All orders are binding. In the event of delivery difficulties, you will be informed as soon as possible by email. Titles that are temporarily unavailable will be reserved for you. You have the option to cancel these orders at any time.

All prices and information correspond to the current status. Errors and Price changes are reserved.

Card delivery within Switzerland

We always deliver by post with priority delivery.

Packaging and shipping costs regardless of the number of cards ordered: Delivery: Flat rate CHF 2.00

European map delivery

Delivery is via the postal service. We reserve the right to request an advance payment

Worldwide map delivery

Delivery is via the postal service. We reserve the right to request an advance payment

Packaging and shipping costs regardless of the number of cards ordered: Delivery: Flat rate EURO 5.00

When ordering from bookstores, the effective shipping costs will be charged.

Delivery of other products

For other products from the web shop (category accessories), the effective shipping costs will be charged.

Returns / Refunds

Returns are only possible by mutual agreement. We will accept items in perfect, resaleble condition within 10 days. In the event of manufacturing defects and incorrect deliveries, we will exchange the item in question for a faultless copy. Always provide the customer number, invoice number and reason for the return. The return is at your own liability / risk.

Delivery

The items are sent to the delivery address supplied by the customer. Any shipping costs due will be shown to the customer on the order page before the order is completed. In the case of deliveries abroad, the customer pays the additional costs.

Delivery time

For the delivery time, the information provided by Swiss Post applies at home and abroad (priority delivery). Climbing-map.com GmbH does not guarantee delivery of the mail item on the day the order is completed, but endeavors to post the mail item to the post office as soon as possible. In urgent cases, it is recommended to inquire about the currently possible delivery time.

Payment Terms – Within 30 days.

Security and data protection.

When you place your order, personal data is stored, in particular name, address, telephone number and email. In addition, payment information such as bank details are stored when ordering.

We use this data exclusively for internal order processing and may pass it on to third parties for this purpose. The disclosure to third parties can e.g. may be required to process payments. These third-party providers are obliged to treat the data received from us confidentially and to use them exclusively for the purpose of service and business on our behalf.

Climbing-map.com GmbH undertakes not to disclose personal data to third parties.

We don’t produce a newsletter. For occasional product related information, we reserve the right to write to you via your email address.
